You must make sure that you wash your hands a few times during the day, especially after you have used the toilet, played outside or with your pets or before you eat.

If you are in the kitchen make sure your cutting board and the knifes you use are clean.

Do you have a flu or any other infectious disease?  Rather stay at home and make sure you throw away your tissues after you have used it.

Eat enough fruits and vegetables to keep your immune system strong.

Your post is golden ..... i think post might have its advantages as well as thanks for sharing...

Interesting Ive always wondered what cavemen did before handwash and surface cleaner ;) Pretty sure a kid playing around in the mud will have a much more stronger immune system growing up than another who has been mollycoddled to avoid anything and everything in life! Thanks for talking sense.

O I agree - I think we cause a lot of illnesses because we break down our own immune systems

Biology in its simplest terms for kids.

Thank you
