Gratitude Challenge: Three Things I'm Grateful For This Year !

After examining my daily scriptures each morning, that is the lyrics of the song I sing to show my submissiveness and express my gratitude to Jehovah, reflecting on the remarkable journey of the past eight months, from laughter-filled memories to life changing lessons. Despite life's ups and downs, my heart is filled with gratitude and joy, and so, I would like to share with you the top three things I'm grateful for this year.

I'm grateful for the God-fearing men God has given to me as friends and brothers. Observing the world around us, it's disheartening to see numerous teenagers falling prey to destructive influences, leading to devastating consequences such as imprisonment, abandonment and even loss of life. This consequences often stems from the bad company they keep. I'm blessed and grateful to surround myself with like-minded individuals who share the same spiritual beliefs and goals with me.
The name Daniel would've been forgotten by men some months ago if I didn't flew away from bad friends during my architectural skill acquisition. I was tempted and pressured to join their gang, with promises to protect me and make me their overseer. I didn't want such a privilege because i saw a dark storm approaching. I had nobody to run to except jehovah, I prayed for his courage and protection, and definitely, He answered my prayers.
The bad company who tried to lure me into their gang were arrested during a clash fight with another bad gang, two died at the spot. Who knows what would've happened if I joined them, probably i would be dead, I thank you jehovah for the friends you surround me with.

We filled the form to assist Ikot-Abia congregation at mkpat-enin Local government area, and it was approved. Time was ticking away, and our exit was just 48 hours away, but our provisions told us a different story. The money we could raise wasn't enough to buy more provisions, so we had just quarter bag of garri to feed 16 publishers throughout the week, how on earth are we going to survive the whole week with this quantity of garri walking many kilometres in search for friends of peace?😂

"Miracle no dey tire Jesus", so we left on Sunday being 25/08/2024, and we started house to house preaching on Monday. Guess what happened exactly 1:00pm in the afternoon? The Airdrop we've been eagerly waiting for, just paid each and everyone of us a minimum of 50,000 naira and above. Why won't i be grateful my people?🤗. We bought provisions, drinks, and we even killed two big chickens to show how happy we were. Papa God, i give you gratitude🙇🏽♂️.

I derive immense joy from empowering others to achieve their goals and objectives. Our esteemed steemian found love and decided to make it official. Throughout the prolonged planning process, he encountered numerous obstacles, particularly with regards to financial constraints. Four days before the marriage, he summoned his friends including me with the aim of postponing the marriage till further notice.
We believed in God's miraculous work, so we left without saying a word to him. Two days before the marriage, my client sent me the money he owed me for some months, I supported him with the little I have, and I'm sure that little, together with other's made his marriage on Saturday a successful one. I'm happy and grateful to God that nothing ruined the marriage plans.

I'm alive today because i flew away from bad friends, jehovah made a miracle happened during our seldom work territory campaign and at last, our esteemed Steemian, (@ubikool's) marriage was a success. I am profoundly delighted and grateful for these three remarkable blessings that have enriched my life this year.

Reading through your post really shows that you're a grateful person who takes note of every kindness done to you. You don't just take them for granted.
Imagine thanking God for good friends, how you escaped being pressured into some certain bad group and having to meet up with a friend's marriage. I equally I'm grateful for you that you escaped being lured into regret that would've been a for a lifetime.
