Wow this looks yummy! I feel hungry now lol I didnt had risotto for a while and this looks tasty. Thank you for sharing and have a nice evening :)
very light for a risotto but truly flavorful,take the lower ends of the kale stems out if they are mature leafs and let sit for 5 min in warm water to take some of the bitterness out-cook them very briefly separately unlike other risotto techniques and just stir underneath the rice last minute
parmesan with it works well too-thanks so much for taking the time to view my post
