"Kuah Pliek" is one of the typical dishes of the Acehnese people and the only dish that distinguishes Aceh from other regions.
This cuisine is cooked using patarana or "Pliek U" and is often cooked by mixing "Boh Jantoeng Pisang" and "Boh Reubong Kala" ..
Freshwater fish such as catfish, jumbo, supat or other freshwater fish are very suitable to be cooked with the menu "Kuah Pliek" ... it really makes you crazy ..😊..
