Today I will share a tutorial to make a simple place of hydroponics plants. By making this hydroponic place we can grow vegetables simply, without having to plant in the yard.

What is hydroponics ??

Hydroponics is the cultivation of planting by using water without using soil with emphasis on the fulfillment of nutritional needs for plants. Water requirements in hydroponics are less than water requirements on cultivation with soil. Hydroponics use water more efficiently, so it is suitable to apply to areas with limited water supply.

All plants in general can be grown hydroponically. Almost all systems can be used properly. Examples of hydroponic plants are very easy to grow by planting hydroponics is a type of leafy vegetable crops.

For simple small-scale hydroponic cultivation / hobbies, we can utilize the objects around. Among them are mineral water bottles. Preparation of how to plant hydroponics with used bottles is not complicated. Simply prepare 1 liter mineral water bottle, planting medium (rockwool or floral foam), flannel axis, cutter, scissors, and nails to drill a bottle of mineral water. Detailed how I made it below.

Steps on how to plant hydroponics with used bottles:

1. Firstly provide used mineral bottles

2. Then also provide scissors and spikes to cut the mineral bottle into 2 parts and spikes to puncture the bottle cap.

3.Cut the mineral water bottle into two parts using scissors or cutter.

4. Heat the spikes, then make a few holes 1 cm in diameter on the bottle of the former bottle top and bottom for aeration.

5. For hydroponic axis systems, leave the used bottle caps in place, then make a hole right in the center of the bottle cap to insert the flannel axis.

6. Put small pebbles and fill sand into bottles to plant the plants inside the bottle.

7. Insert the topsome bottle upside down (bottle cap below) into the bottom bottle of the former bottle filled with nutrient solution.

8. Insert the nutrient solution into the bottom scrap bottle and insert the planting medium into the top of the bottle.
