Craving for a grilled meaty goodness? Then head to the nearest Ribshack.

The poster says they are grilling on the glass window. We were present on the opening of their newly opened branch here at the Gaisano Grand Plaza. Opens daily at 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Ribshack is a local fast food restaurant originated in Bacolod, established in 2012. They are known for its affordable grilled meats, especially its signature tender pork back ribs and spareribs, serve with unlimited rice, similar to one popular fast food Mang Inasal. They offer various grilled options like chicken, seafoods, kebabs, in fancy friendly vibes tables and chairs set ups.

This newly opened food chain is conveniently easy to access as it is very noticeable when you pass by the mall. It is strategically located at the right wing of the building near the entrance of the mall.

All prices are on the big poster outside so it is easier to choose before coming in the counter to order. The prices on the photos are in Philippine peso.

As you can see their prices are competitive by its rivals. Started from Bacolod City, where grilled meats are famous that expanded to its neighboring Islands particularly Visayas and Mindanao.

This food chain is industrially designed, neat and spacious. The lighting is also compliments with the interior. The chairs and tables are also neatly arranged.

The menu above the cashiers is precise and clear, so easy to point what to order.

We got here, the grilled pork and the chiken inasal for a starter. I might go back for their specialty which is the back ribs and spareribs. The servings might small but we were full. They are smoky and yum. Paired with either the pinoy atsara or korean kimchi, a perfect combo. Simple food, value wise.

The service is also great. Waiting time is just enough for family and friends to catch up before the meal is served.
