THINGS FALLING APART AT ARSENAL.
This may be the beginning if the end for for Arsenal in pursuit of the ever becoming elusive top four finish in the English premier league that will automatically guarantee the club champions league football come next season. Many will still argue that the season is still very young and there is every possibility that the team can catch up at the top. The fact is there is no way a club like Arsenal will continue to play the way they are playing currently under Unai Emery and even make top eight, last night match against Leicester City at King Power stadium further justify my sentiment about the Arsenal Manager Unai Emery potential to move Arsenal to a better place than he met the club after the departure of Arsene Wenger who tutored the club for over two decades before calling it quit two seasons ago.
The team playing last night shows that they have nothing to play for as one can hardly see the fight, the urgency and willingness to win at the king power stadium, it shows clearly now that the manager has lost total control of the club as the players now seems divided within themselves. This will for sure continues until the needful is done and the once fear team in England is returned to the place it belongs.
Every thing just look negative at the club presently and I still can't understand what the board of Arsenal are still thinking before they take a bold decision that will help to move the club forward and not those decisions that will only help the shareholders to make more money from a calamity present club. Keeping Emery will further damaged the club beyond repair as I will strongly advised that the earlier the better the mantle of leadership is changed at emirate to avoid a total melt down. Arsenal under Unai Emeryis currently having the worst record in the league compare to the two decades Arsene Wenger used in tutoring the club. That takes me to why would the board still be contemplating whether to keep or let go of the manager. We have seen what other top clubs in England are doing and the earlier the better for Arsenal board to wake up to the challenges and embraced the future, so one from the board need to start thinking in the right direction and stop being conservative on the manners at which they run the club.
There are numerous examples of clubs within England and in Europe that have shown that results are key to the clubs this days as managerial jobs are no longer for experimental sake. We all just witnessed how Fc Bayern Munchen of Germany parted way with their manager just last week for what the board deemed to be a lack lustre performance in the German Bundesliga, this a team that was still in touch of the league leaders in Germany with just about five points and here we are managing and allowing a disastrous results that keep widened the gap between Arsenal and top teams in the league.
It should be told as well that for any manager that can not improve the fortune of the Gunners should be allowed to go before it is too late beyond repair. Clubs in England such as Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and even Liverpool have one way or the other changed managers that performed below their expectations.
