Sahabat steemians, pada kesempatan ini saya ingin berbagi tentang menu masakan khas indonesia yaitu Rendang Ikan Tuna.
Siapa sih yang tidak kenal menu masakan rendang ini? Rendang merupakan menu yang sangat populer di kalangan orang indonesia, dan bahkan sangat banyak yang menggemari masakan ini. Rasa pedas yang bercampur dengan rasa manis dalam menu ini akan membuat sensasi rasa yang berbeda di lidah dan yang pasti sangat lezat, apa lagi dipadukan dengan ikan tuna yang memiliki beberapa kandungan gizi didalamnya akan membuat menu ini komplit dan sangat cocok untuk dijadikan menu lauk anda malam ini.
Apakah sahabat semua sudah pernah mencicipi menu rendang tuna ini? Jika belum, mari dicoba dan ini lah bahan dan cara memasak rendang tuna yang lezat.
- 1 kg ikan tuna yang sudah di potong dan dibersihkan.
- 1 liter santan kental.
- 3 lembar daun jeruk yang diiris tipis.
- 3 lembar daun kunyit.
- 2 batang serai di geprek.
- 1 sendok makan gula merah yang sudah dihancurkan.
- 1 sendok makan gula pasir.
- garam secukupnya.
- 2 sendok makan minyak goreng.
- 1 buah air perasan jeruk nipis.
- 15 buah cabe merah.
- 5 siung bawang merah.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 2 ruas lengkuas.
- 1 ruas jahe.
- 2 buah kemiri.
- ambil ikan tuna berikan air perasan jeruk nipis dan garam.
- panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, tumis 2 siung bawang merah dan serai sampai berbau harum.
- lalu masukkan bumbu yang sudah di haluskan.
- lalu masukkan ikan tuna.
- lalu masukkan daun jeruk yang sudah diiris tipis, daun kunyit dan serai, kemudian diaduk dan biarkan selama 7 menit sampai bumbu meresap kedalam ikan.
- lalu masukkan santan kental, aduk-aduk sampai semua tercampur dan kemudian biarkan sampai mendidih.
- setelah mendidih, masukkan garam, gula merah dan gula pasir, aduk-aduk lagi sampai semua bahan tercampur rata.
- lalu masak lagi sampai santan menyusut dan mengental.
- jika dirasa sudah cukup matang, angkat dan sajikan.
