ARROZ NORTEÑO
Comensales: 6-8 personas Tiempo de preparación: 20 minutos Tiempo de cocción: 35 minutos aproximadamente
Utensilios: Platón refractario, cacerola, sartén Precalentar el horno a 210 °C.
1 taza de arroz; 1/2 taza de aceite; 3 tazas de caldo; 1 diente de ajo; 2 chiles poblanos asados, desvenados, en rajas; 1/4 litro de crema; 100 gramos de queso Chihuahua o manchego, rebanado; 1 cebolla rebanada fina.
• Se fríe el arroz sin dejar que dore; se le quita la grasa sobrante, se agrega el caldo, el diente de ajo, un pedazo de cebolla y sal. Se deja cocer a fuego lento durante 20 minutos. • Se pone una capa de chiles en rajas, queso, cebolla y crema, luego otra de arroz y se termina con queso, cebolla y crema y se mete al horno unos 15 minutos aproximadamente.
