Today, we relished Water Balls | Golgappe | Pani Puri | Puchka | as these all called by various names at home by getting a special home delivery from a nearby vendor, they are India's most favourite streetfood available almost everywhere.

Its a popular street food in #India, particularly in the northern and eastern #regions.

Though they are not so expensive/costly but they really stimulate your taste buds and act as a tangy blast in your mouth, everytime you eat them.

It consists of small, crispy, hollow spheres made of semolina or wheat flour, filled with spiced mashed potatoes, chickpeas, tamarind chutney, and a mixture of spices and herbs.
