Scrambled eggs with minced meat, vegetables and greens
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 50 g of cabbage kale;
- vegetables - to taste;
- 3 tablespoons of minced meat.
Preparation
Preheat minced meat over medium heat. Add to it cabbage and a few vegetables (for example, pre-cut tomatoes or Bulgarian peppers). Then break into a pan two eggs. When it turns out fried eggs, the dish can be transferred to a plate and served to the table.
