Foodphotography: Wrapped Mashed potato w/ cheese

Kids from school always asked what's their snack, so this afternoon i prepared Mashed potatoes with cheese wrapped w/ lumpia wrapper.

Need to boil the potatoes and mash it then wrap using lumpia wrapper.

after wrapping, cook it again in cooking oil deep fry so that it will become crispy wait until golden brown and remove it from pan.
Place it in a strainer to drain the oil, then pour some powder cheese.
And ready to serve... Kids love it!
