Does gender play a role in our everyday life?

Yes, gender is influential in life and it can't be denied. Women and men have equal influence at work and it is not limited. Women have the right to work and so do men. The same goes for parenting. Not only women who can raise and raise children, men also know how to raise children.

But unfortunately in Indonesia, gender equality in Indonesia is still not evenly distributed. Where there is still an office or a company where it is not possible for women to work in certain companies and only men can work for these companies.

There are still those who think that women are born only to help in the household and women are often seconded, so that women do not get equal with men. But as time goes by, women begin to rise from adversity that is often labeled as being unable. Whereas history in Aceh proves that Cut Nyak Dhien was a successful woman during the Aceh war. Not only Cut Nyak Dhien, Cut Nyak Meutia also risked his life to fight shopping at that time. Cut Nyak Dhien and Cut Nyak Meutia are currently inaugurated as National Heroes by the Indonesian government.

How does the role or function in your country differ from gender to gender?

In Indonesia, men have more responsibilities than women. In Indonesia, there are still too many obstacles in gender equality, because of the laws and regulations governing gender equality.

In fact, if you remember from the benefits of the function of gender equality, it is possible to do equalization. Where in a family there are benefits where women can add financial finance and of course it will strengthen family finances. Because so far we see finances in the family as a cause and effect of quarrels in the household.

Gradually, gender equality in Indonesia is getting better, where we see that the office staff and teaching teachers are mostly filled with women. And it is possible that more women are or are working than men. Of course this does not rule out the possibility that women and men are almost the same and there is no difference. Only some places do not allow women to be accepted for work and that is in certain places.

In fact, Indonesia has been led by a female president. Regarding performance and decisions and policies taken are the same as men. From it all, never distinguish between women and men, only the physical form is different. While women can do the same work as men do.

Is it the same for other countries?

I think that almost every country has the same thing about gender equality. No country has declared gender equality. However, from the information I got, only 6 countries have implemented gender equality, including Sweden, Luxembourg, Latvia, Denmark, Belgium, and France.

For other countries, there is still intimidation of gender equality, be it in terms of education or in terms of violence against women. In this case the local government must take a stand on gender equality. If you have implemented gender equality, then violence against women can be minimized and in the field of education, women are not left behind.

What about Steemit?

Steemit is a blockchain-based social media. In steemit there is no discrimination against gender. In steemit everything is the same, both male and female. Because in steemit who wants to try, then he is the one who succeeds. It is possible that men will be left behind, because it returns to every user, be it male or female.

In steemit all users have the opportunity to develop, as long as there is a will that the user will develop. In fact, I noticed, the ones who made progress in steemit were women. Because they believe and try with all their heart. Because in steemit anyone who wants to develop and be consistent with his work, then that person is successful.

I see some female users on steemit have succeeded, because what, because they are consistent and want to grow and don't want to walk in place. Meanwhile, male users are still reluctant and inconsistent. The point is in steemit there is no difference whether it is male or female. Who is consistent and wants to develop, then he is the one who succeeds.
