What activities do you do online?

Every day in this modern century starts with the Internet. Everybody has their own internet online activities, somebody's life depends on the online things. Most of them started their own YouTube channel and earned money from that. Like this, everyone has their own purpose online. Myself, I play YouTube, scroll through Instagram posts, check messages on WhatsApp, and watch movies on online platforms.

Since what age did you start using the Internet? How much do you use it every day?

I started using the internet in 2013. From childhood on, I have used the internet and seen many changes through it. When I was a child, I used to recharge the internet with 10 rupees, which on those days was sufficient for the whole month. Now I use the internet more than that. Every day approximately, I use around 8 hours. Most of the time, I use the internet for work and educational purposes. Then other times I see other things or view the movie.

Do you have internet at home, how much does the service cost (please indicate the price in local currency and in Steem)?

Yes, I have the internet at home. The name of the company I am using is Airtel. When I use the internet with mobile data, it is very slow. When I was doing the important work, it lag most of the time. So I placed the wifi in my home. Its speed is around 200MB per second. It cost around 700 rupees. In steem it comes to approximately 44 STEEM. After placing this wifi in my home, I can connect it to the Android TV and easily get access to it.

Why do you think the internet can be harmful?

The Internet is harmful to those who use it without the proper knowledge and common sense. Nowadays, many of them are affected by the wrong activities they do on the internet. If we give our personal information to a strange site, there is a high possibility they could misuse our information. There is more money fraud happening on the internet, and those people who have more greed easily lose money on the internet.

What benefits has the internet brought to your life?

In these days, starting a business without any investment is very easy because of the presence of the internet, which provides various knowledge within an instant. The process of marketing the product through the internet has also become easier. Back then, during lockdown, most of the workers worked online and raised their families. If we make one product, we can sell it through the internet without any intermediate medium. We can teach the children through various online platforms, and with the visual experience, they learn much more quickly than by reading the book pages. So, the internet has more benefits when we use it correctly.
