A Look into the Past

World is changing so fast. Life in present is something so different that the life in past. We get use to some things so quickly and now is no big deal to use smartphone, computer or other things. But before 50 years life was so different, and our grandmas and grandpas couldnt even image things that are so normal for us today.

In the attic of my grandfathers house I descovered some things that were part of everyday life before 50 or more years and I was confused because I didn't know anything about those things. I want you to take a look of them and come with me in one short journey into the past.

Dishes made of wood. Old Serbian ladies used to make bread in those kind of plates. The smaller one is made of clay and it was used for baking the bread.

Part of the loom. It was used for weaving.



The object which looks like flat round board was used also for makind the bread and the object on the left side was used for winding the wool.





Device for corn. With this device life was much more easier for the countryside people.





This object was used for land cultivation. It was made from the iron and the cows were pulling it. It was very hard job in the past. People spent a lot od time doing this and it was only way to cultivate plants and feed their families.

We should live in our time, I agree. But, I also think that we should not forget about our past. We have to be aware of it.
