How wealth creation happen?

However primitive a culture may be, there is always a level of wealth creation to satisfy the basic necessities and to improve the life quality. Regardless the level of wealth that each individual aim, it is always important understand how the wealth is created and in my point of view, there are two ways:

1. The first one, and most obvious, is when people take a resource and apply labor to produce another resource that is more valuable than the first. For the purpose of referencing, let's call it the Build way.

2. The second one, and most unknown or overlook, is when people exchange something. For the purpose of referencing, let's call it the Barter way. I know that this way, maybe sounds weird, but let me explain my point through the next two paragraphs.

   In an exchange, both sides agree on a price for the product or service in question. But, both sides left the process with more value than they started with. Notice, the price is different from the value. The value is intrinsically connected with my perception regarding my product as well as the product I want to exchange for.

   When a person agrees to make the exchange, he judges that his product has less utility (value) than another person's product. Maybe because, he doesn't like his product anymore, or he already has another product unit that satisfies his necessity or he makes this product only to exchange. Another person who will exchange will make the same judgment, otherwise he wouldn't want to make the exchange.

Barter way doesn't create wealth only how was explained above, it also creates wealth by increasing the amount of wealth created by the Build way. Let's me explain: with the Barter way, the people can get the products and services that they need to live, by exchange with other people. This allow that they specialize in fewer functions and consequently increase your productivity.

Some people are satisfied with a low level of wealth, on the other hand, others have a high desire for wealth. Any level isn't wrong, as long as don't start violation against others peoples or against their private property.
