Resep : Rujak Uleg Dadakan
Selamat malam sahabat steemian yang aku sukai,,Semoga kalian sehat selalu dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari,dan bisa memberi postingan-postingan yang bagus dan baru!!
Pada malam hari ini saya akan membagikan resep Rujak Uleg Dadakan yang enak dan lezat cara membuatnya cukup gampang dan mudah.!!
| Bahan-bahannya : |

- 1 buah mangga muda
- 2 buah kedongdong
| Bumbunya : |
|---|
- 2 buah rawit merah (sesuai selera)
- 1 buah gula merah
- 1/4 sdt terasi matang
- 1/2 sdt garam
| Cara membuatnya : |
|---|
• Kupas buah mangga & kedongdong. Cuci bersih. Potong-potong sesuai selera. Sisihkan.
• Uleg bumbu sambal sampai semua tercampur rata. Test n koreksi rasa.
• Tambahkan potongan buah mangga & kedongdong. Aduk merata.
• Sajikan.
