Lake Bolshoy is located in the Sharipovo district. The reservoir is located on the eastern foothills of the Kuznetsk Alatau. In 40 km to the west is Mr. Uzhur. The lake is surrounded by low mountain ranges, hills, and also plains.
Lake Bolshoe not just received its name, it is the largest fresh lake in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The pond has a slightly curved shape. It stretched from north to south for fifteen kilometers. The area of the water surface is approximately 34 km².
