Meeting with my co -teachers: Future Steemian leaders
Hi steemians!!!After introducing the advantage and help of steemit in lives of others in my co teachers, finally they were approved! They have already official account in steemit.
I want to share them my experience and a lot of things happened in my life after using Steemit. I want to share the ideas and the true value of steemit in my life and how steemit changed my life into something better than before.
For us teachers, Our work is vital. It is like a business and the customers are our students. In this type of work, it requires a lot of patience and dedication.Being a teacher is tough, but what's rewarding is when you see your student apply the lesson they were learned from you.
We conducted our first meeting not just as ateacher but also a LEADERS of steemit academy laguna chapter @sfp-laguna. I believe, little by little they will learn to become a good leader and a big whales here in steemit.
For me, a good leader is always communicating with other leaders(@steemitfamilyph leaders) and trying to find out other good ideas they can use to improve some of their techniques.
I also told them that leaders become great, not just because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.
Our mission is to help and serve others without expecting in return. We want to help our community and our youngsters to prepare them as our future generations, a generations with a good actions and a good heart to serve others.
We want our community become better by introducing steemit.And I know steemit will change their lives not to earn money only but to value the things that truly matters. Why? SIMPLY BECAUSE WE WANT TO MAKE BETTER CHANGE!

Awesome job teacher Andrew! I am also a teacher in DepEd by the way. :) This is a really noble cause, helping others without expecting anything in return! I strongly agree that teachers by profession WILL BE the true leaders of the steemit world. Words of wisdom naturally flows from them conveyed to all people they guide to become successful. They wouldn't have a hard time gathering followers coz their students will just simply support them that comes from the heart at the willingness to learn using this medium of information exchange. As what I have said before to a SPED teacher whenever I am able to pass by my sight, I do a hats-off as a sign of respect and acknowledging the fact that "Teaching is STILL the most noble profession". @spf-laguna I am also from Laguna. :)
