Here is a recipe for a nutritious vegetarian dish taken from the video below. I have enough for a month now! lol

A cup of black lentils.

Half a cup of pinto beans.

Ginger and hot pepper.

Onion, 3-Roma tomato, Cumin, Coriander, Chili Powder, Guram Masala.

Butter and cream or coconut milk.

I bought some Indian Patti, too, for dipping. It tastes pretty darn good!

Oh, make sure to soak those beans overnight in water.
