烤糊了的芝士培根吐司
儿子晚上说肚子饿了,想要吃宵夜,让我随便给他做点。我也比较懒,不想做太复杂的东西,就打算把家里剩下的4片吐司简单处理一下。
我先把吐司整齐地摆放在烤炉盘上,每片吐司之间稍微留点空隙,这样受热会更均匀。接着,我拿起勺子,挖了几勺披萨酱放在吐司上,然后用勺子背面将披萨酱仔细地涂抹均匀,确保每一处吐司都能沾上酱料。
涂好披萨酱后,我拿出一些饼干碎,均匀地撒在吐司上,那细碎的饼干屑星星点点地铺在酱料上,看着就很有食欲。紧接着,我把提前切好的培根肉一片一片地摆放在饼干碎上,摆成好看的图案。最后,我抓了一大把芝士,让芝士丝随意地散落在培根肉上,堆得高高的,想着烤化后一定会拉丝。
就这么简单操作完后,我把烤盘稳稳地放进了烤箱。我有点忘记具体要烤多久了,就把温度设定为最高的230度,原本定时15分钟。
到第十分钟的时候,我发现吐司快要烤糊了,还好我时不时过来看一眼。我赶紧把烤箱关了,虽然还有一点点余火,但还好还能吃。
烤好的吐司拿出来放了一会儿,儿子哇呜几口就把它们全部吃光了。
My son said he was hungry at night and wanted some late-night snacks. He asked me to make something simple for him. I was feeling lazy too and didn't want to cook anything complicated. So, I decided to do a quick fix with the remaining 4 slices of toast at home.
First, I neatly arranged the slices of toast on the baking tray, leaving a little space between each slice to ensure even heating. Then, I picked up a spoon, scooped out several spoonfuls of pizza sauce and placed it on the toast. Using the back of the spoon, I carefully spread the pizza sauce evenly, making sure that every bit of the toast was coated with the sauce.
After spreading the pizza sauce, I took out some crushed cookies and sprinkled them evenly over the toast. The tiny crumbs of the cookies dotted the surface of the sauce, looking really appetizing. Right after that, I placed the pre-cut pieces of bacon on top of the crushed cookies one by one, arranging them in an appealing pattern. Finally, I grabbed a big handful of cheese and let the cheese strands scatter freely over the bacon, piling it up high, imagining that it would surely stretch into long strands when melted.
After such simple preparation, I carefully put the baking tray into the oven. I couldn't quite remember exactly how long it should be baked, so I set the temperature to the highest, 230 degrees Celsius, and initially set the timer for 15 minutes.
When it reached the tenth minute, I noticed that the toast was almost burnt. Fortunately, I had been checking on it from time to time. I quickly turned off the oven. Although there was still a bit of residual heat, luckily, it was still edible.
After taking out the baked toast and letting it cool for a while, my son gobbled them all up in just a few bites.
