Greeting dear friends of #steemit, I am back for a few days inactive due to work, many trips and occupations, but today I come to show you the latest business we have done.

In the last weeks we have had a good big increase in coffee sales. We have had a lot of demand at the national level in terms of the request for coffee beans, ground and even raw. Between our business located in the municipal market of the Anzoátegui State, the warehouse that is where we have the roasting machines, we have been quite busy.

New work strategy.

In previous posts I had explained that DISTRIBUIDORA DE ALIMENTOS Y SERVICIOS G.I, s was in charge of distributing coffee nationwide. Among the cities that we distribute coffee are: Piritu, Clarines, Caracas, San Feliz, Saraza ... Because we are going on a weekly trip, it was decided to make sales stops, that is, we take the coffee that is already ordered, plus some bags extras to park sell them, this strategy is where good results.

For this new strategy we have activated different pick-up trucks, to be able to move the coffee bags to the different cities and also to be able to show the bags.
For these mobilizations it is required to invest in per diem, which includes gasoline, food and lodging, payment of a man that we always bring to help us.

We continue working in the shed with the coffee toast.

We continue with the coffee toasts in our shed. We have had some inconveniences when roasting because some neighbors have been bothered by the smoke, but we organize and plan in the roasting schedule, there are days when it is time to roast all morning, in order to comply with the daily coffee requirement.

We continue on our Journey in search of the purchase of raw coffee directly from the producer. Always looking for quality coffee, to offer our customers.

Coffee harvest.

We are preparing for the coffee harvest this year, by the beginning of December we will already be harvesting coffee from our farm located in Bergantin - Edo. Anzoátegui soon I will be showing you photos of that.

Whether the coffee harvest begins depends a lot on the maturation of the coffee fruit. As you can see in the image, it is seen that the fruits are ready to be harvested. There are farms that are very high and therefore the temperature is very low, and this makes the harvest late. On the other hand, in the lower parts, the fruits ripen faster and as best they can. observe in the photo is uniform. It is extremely important, to obtain a quality product, that the harvest is exclusively of ripe fruits, and sometimes several harvesting passes will be needed. But soon we will be seeing more of this.
