A Breakfast Bowl Idea: Rice Porridge with Coconut Milk Sprinkled with Ground Cinnamon
Today's supplies I only have rice and coconut milk. Meanwhile, I am still very lazy to shop for groceries.
So I decided to make rice porridge for breakfast. Of course, I do not have to waste my time.
Ingredients
- Rice
- Coconut Milk
- Little coconut sugar
- Ground cinnamon to taste
How to make
We just need to cook rice as usual.
Then when the rice is cooked, I add coconut milk and a little coconut sugar. Stir continuously until the simmer and coconut sugar have dissolved.
Lift and topping according to taste. You can also add honey as a topping later.
I sprinkled with ground cinnamon. The smell is the real mood booster for me.
It's a simple breakfast bowl, but it makes me happy.
