Who is called a skilled housewife? And what are her qualities?

A skilled housewife can said to be a woman who understands the house setting and most importantly the pocket of her husband. Her husband's pocket determines what is next in line to do. She is someone who is considerate and has good planning strategy. She keeps the house in other and has no time for unnecessary friends.

Her qualities are

1. She is supportive: even if she doesn't make income she keeps the house in other, knows what to prepare and on the right time.
2. She understands her husband's pocket and work strictly on it.
3. She doesn't get influenced by outside friends.
4. She manages the little she gets.
5. She is humble and also a good save.

On what basis do women make their monthly budget?

Some husband's do tell their wives about their monthly income or salaries. This is where a woman's strategic planning comes in. She will make her time table for the month, after bringing out money for emergency, she will calculate for kitchen things and food stuffs, she will buy them in quantity to avoid unnecessary expenses because buying things one one cost much. So women make their budget depending on the salaries received from their husbands or the amount of money given to them by their husbands. Note that a skillful house wife doesn't spend all the money she went to market with. Most times they will price a particular product until you are ready to reduce money and she saves the money against any emergency.

What challenges do women face in making a budget?

The challenges that women face in making budget are

1. High cost of commodities. Most times what you bought with $1 dollar today might be $3 dollars tomorrow, it will affect their budget
2. Most husband's don't speak the truth in telling their wives their monthly income. They rather bring out any amount and ask the wife to manage.
3. Most times the children are the challenges, due to ill health, the woman might end up using the money for food.
4. Most women also have high taste, they sometimes forget that they don't have their own income and they will rather use the money for food and get themselves good clothes or shoes.
5. Bad friends might also be the challenge. Most women because they don't work they choose gossip over the comfort of their house and may as such be mislead.
6. Most men are not also supportive which can bring a challenge, men most times are supposed to also go for the shopping sometimes so that women can relieve themselves.
