Foodphotography - Presentation of my plate, in my first evaluation at the haute cuisine school.
Hello everyone!...
I share this photo as my entry to the contest corresponding to today the label #Foodphotography organized by @juliank.
This photo is taken with my cell phone during my first evaluation of the classes I take in high kitchen. The previous day we are informed that we should present a dish to offer to a guest who wishes to enjoy a light and nutritious dinner.
I then chose to present a delicious "pico de gallo" with shrimp and avocado bathed in olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
My dish is prepared quickly and easily, chop the onion, tomato and avocado in brunoisse, we pepper it separately and pour olive oil and a few drops of apple cider vinegar.
Prepare grilled chicken and shrimp cooked with garlic and water. Finally in a chef's mold you place a layer of avocado, then onion, tomato and finally the chicken, garnish with shrimp.
Finally I tell you that I got a very good score from the chef, I hope you like it too.
