Cant we ask any of the steemit admin people to improve this structure.

A lot has to be improved with this platform, but I am not gonna wait for it to happen.
Steemit flaws

too complicated
too untransparent
you can't donate to posts older than 7 days
you can't bookmark posts you like
you can't resteem posts older than 7 days old
you can't 'unlike' and have to 'flag'
whales with multiple accounts can and DO flag down posts with neutral or good content because they hate the poster
control-bots work in a stupid manner
the thing hangs together with all kind of obscure hooks and hacks only a nerd can find out

and so on and so on

Non-mainstream opinions and worse, the posters, seem to also be targeted now

So I may still drop a "feelgood" or "nonsense" post every now and then.

But I am not going to waste my time anymore on difficult and controversial matters. Life is too short and I can do more interesting and rewarding things with it.
