Eating a complete and healthy diet helps to balance hormone levels, and keep a balanced brain chemistry. Change what goes into your body to change how to feels from the inside, out! I think this is a great suggestion and people that have unbalanced serotonin or dopamine levels can benefit tremendously with the help of an experienced nutrition coach.
