FRUIT COLOR CHALLENGE WEEK 1-MONDAY Red- "You're the APPLE of my Eye"

HELLO STEEMIANS!

I'm about to share my Color Challenge here on Steemit. I'd like to show my outward interest to join this challenge because I was inspired by @kalemandra (the one who introduce this Color Challenge) and by @gringalicious to express my skills in food photography.

Most of the Steemians have posted anything that corresponds with every color per day but this time, I'm gonna make it more interesting and appealing.

Everyday correspond's a specific color, such as:

MondayRed

TuesdayOrange

WednesdayYellow

ThursdayGreen

FridaySkyblue

SaturdayIndigo

SundayPurple

But I'm gonna make my posts in uniformity according to any sort. This week I'll be posting about different fruits that I like most.

WHY DID I CHOOSE APPLE AND WHY I LIKE IT SO MUCH?

For this day, I took pictures of an apple not only because it's what available in the refrigerator, but also is my most favorite fruit.

Apple is one of those fruits that are refreshing, crunchy and juicy and it is best when eat it cold because it quenches thirst.

WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT APPLES CAN HELP KEEP YOUR TEETH WHITER?

Apples won't replace your toothbrush and toothpaste. When you keep on chewing apple, saliva production increases which is then mixed with apple juice. Its mixture will create some sort of whitening agent for the teeth.

What I also like about apples is it is rich in fibre called “PECTIN”, a soluble fiber that keeps healty gut and prevents constipation. Eating apples can also reduce our cholesterol thus prevents us from having cardiovascular diseases.

Since apple helps reduce cholesterol, this would also prevent gallstones. Its high fiber content controls our fat in the body that can probably solidifies in the gall bladder.

Apple also contain vitamins and minerals that keep a healthy eyesight and prevent cataracts among elderly people.

There’s still a lot of benefits that you can all get from just consuming APPLES! So the saying is true: AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS A DOCTOR AWAY.

If you’re fond of having snacks during the day, I recommend you to eat apple instead!
