Methee besan ki kadhi
Green Fenugreek Besan Curry Method:
To make Methi Besan Kadhi of green fenugreek and gram flour, first heat the oil in a spoon.
If the oil is heated, give it a spinach. After that add onion, garlic, ginger and fry it well.
After roasting the masala, add green chillies and fry it a little bit. After that put the tomatoes. Mix together turmeric and salt and fry while stirring. When the tomatoes are melted, add fenugreek leaves in the pan and cover for 2 minutes.
After that, add eight cups of water in a cup of gram flour and mix well and mix that solution with fenugreek in curry. After that add the amchoor and cook with a spoon.
Allow the gram flour to boil well until it gets boiled. As thick as needed, take out the curry and serve it with rice bread.
You can also add a bowl of curd or tamarind water to Amchur instead. In short time (5 minutes) becomes a delicious curry.
