Today I went to the gym to do a hypoxic training after work. I pedaled an indoor bike.
今日は仕事の後、ジムに行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。インドアバイクをこぎました。

I don't have enough time tonight, I reported the data simply and shortly.
今日は時間がないので、簡単にデータだけレポートしておきます。

5-minute pedaling, Heart Rate: 125~161 bpm
