[BUG] Marble - Add Placemark On Tour Panel Not Work

Expected behavior

The behavior I expect when getting this bug is add placemark on the tour panel it works just like the one on add placemark in the edit map panel. it should work. because add placemark on both panels is the same thing.

Actual behavior

What I experienced when I opened the tour panel and add placemark was not working. when I've click add placemark and finish editing placemark and click oke. placemark does not appear. but add placemark in the edit map panel works fine. more details are in the video below

How to reproduce

This happen is when I want to add placemark but it does not work. I've tried add placemark in the edit map panel and it works. should add placemark on tour panel also like that. but DOES NOT WORK.

When we finish editing placemark it will automatically appear in crosshair (point in central image) because it will read auto coordinate. so placemark will appear in that place. but the placemark on the tour panel did not work.
