With a population of 7.3 million and an area of only 1,106 square kilometers, it is the fourth most populous sovereign state in the world. It is one of the key financial centers in the world and in turn the eleventh most popular destination among international tourists, so it is not surprising that the number of people who visit this place surpasses its residents.

Palau is an island country located in the Pacific Ocean. It is made up of about 320 islands. The stunning coral reefs along with WW2 make it a mecca for scuba diving and snorkeling. According to a census of 2013, it has a population of 20,918 people. The annual number of tourists visiting the area is 7 times more than the population of the country.
