Inventory
5 gals jalapeño

3 gals cayenne
2 gals GHOST 😵🔥
2 gals Anaheim
2.5 qts Tabasco
2.5 qts banana/Serrano
35 gals bell peppers...
Assignment
Creative recipes and uses!!
GO!!!

And dry them for canning
We always fire roast with salt pepper and garlic cloves, dehydrate well and ground into pepper seasoning
