| Cumin Powder | ½ tsp |
| Water | As Needed |
| Lentils | As needed |
| Beef | Slightly |
| Bay leaf | 1 piece |
| Black Cardamom | 1 |
| Polao Rice | 250 Gram |
| Cloves | 4 pieces |
| Black peppercorns | 4-5 pieces |
| Tomato | 1 piece |
| Potatoes | 2 piece |
Today, I will show you how to prepare khichuri using vegetables and a small amount of meat. So, let's see how I made it.

First, I took a very small amount of beef along with some of its fat, cut it into small pieces, washed it thoroughly, and placed it in a bowl. Then, I took two small-sized potatoes, chopped them into small pieces, and set them aside. Next, I took a small amount of cauliflower, cut it into small pieces, and washed it properly. I also sliced one tomato into small pieces. Finally, I chopped a few yardlong beans into small pieces.

Now, I thinly sliced some garlic. Then, I took an adequate amount of red lentils, washed them thoroughly with clean water, and placed them in a container.

Next, I added the chopped meat and its fat into a pan, turned on the stove, and marinated it with a small amount of turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, chopped onions, cumin powder, and oil. I then mixed everything nicely.Here, I have used only a tiny amount of meat and fat just to enhance the taste of the khichuri.

Now, I took 250 grams of polao rice, washed it well with clean water, and placed it in a container.

Now, I finely chopped five medium-sized onions and placed them in a container. Then, I sliced several green chilies.After that, I took one bay leaf, one black cardamom, four cloves, two white cardamoms, and three to four black peppercorns.

I put the rice, vegetables, and all the spices together in a pressure cooker. Then, I added one teaspoon of chili powder, one and a half teaspoons of salt, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, and an adequate amount of oil. I mixed everything well using a spatula, closed the pressure cooker lid, and cooked the khichuri on high heat.

After a few minutes, I opened the lid and checked to see that the khichuri was perfectly cooked. I then tasted it and served it for the meal.
