... pandemic. It is a variation of the traditional pandesal - - added with purple yam flavor and cheese filling! I finally had the chance to bake my "Ube Cheese Pandesal" today. It was soft and tasty, but the ube (purple yam) flavor was too mild. I will try to make adjustments and bake another batch tomorrow (if my mood permits). Will share a blog about it soon. 😉
