Do you like playing sports? If yes then, Which sport do you enjoy the most, and why?

I definitely like playing sports a lot. Because when you play sports, your mind, body and mentality stay healthy, and your brain is always fresh. And mental development moves actively. Among sports, I like playing football the most. I like playing football a lot. And I like watching this game and enjoy it. By enjoying this game, I see others playing well. By watching, I try to play well myself. I also try to learn myself while watching and enjoying the game, so I enjoy it.

How has playing sports improved your physical and mental health?.

Sports are one of the few ways to stay healthy in our lives. If you play sports, your body stays healthy, so more sports are always an exercise, the muscles and veins of the body become strong. And if you focus on any work, your efficiency increases by playing sports. Another thing is that you can get rid of heart disease if you exercise your body properly.

And if you play sports regularly, then the fat that accumulates inside our body is reduced by sweating. Speaking of mental health benefits, what I try myself is that when I am depressed, I enjoy nature. If I do this, my anxiety and depression are relieved. And if I am involved in sports, I feel a lot better.

How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?

Staying away from sports has a very bad effect on the physical and mental aspects. For example, if a person does not play sports at any time. He lives his life only without sports. Many types of diseases will appear in his body. For example, his blood pressure will increase. And due to sleeping, his body will accumulate excess fat.

Due to which he will have a very bad situation. Even if it is to survive from these aspects, he should keep himself healthy by playing sports. If he does not play sports, his memory power starts to decrease. Due to excessive laziness, he sits but does not play sports and does not take care of his body.

If he does not exercise, the effect of diabetes is more. To be honest, health is the main asset of our body. And to keep health good. If you do not do sports and exercise regularly, you should do these.

It is very important for us to play sports to keep our body healthy in our daily lives.
