I hope you all enjoy spending time on the steemit. In this article I hope to share with you how I spent my day on March 15th. So I'm going to write this article inviting you to watch it.

Morning time

In the morning I woke up at the usual time i.e. 6am. There I first washed and cleaned my face. Then I walked around the compound to wrap me in the cold wind. There I saw a Japanese temple flowering plant in bloom. Then I put the soil in an empty ice cream basket and planted the Japanese Temple flower plant there. Then I took care of it by pouring enough water on it.

I was a little late and ate my breakfast that day. I replied to those who commented on my articles in steemit, voted for a few articles and commented. It was then that I got my breakfast. There I ate a vegetable rotty with a cup of tea mixed with ginger. I bought it from the food city near my house. Until noon, I stayed at my dad's shop to help him.

I spent most of the afternoon studying. There I focused more on the pharmacology note in the pharmacy course I am studying these days.

Shortly after lunch I went to the Keells Super Market with my mom and sister. It is located about 13km from our house. We went there to bring home groceries.

Evening

^{Hypertension lesson}

At 7 pm I attended pharmacy lectures via the zoom meeting. The lecture that day focused the students' attention on hypertension and explained many subtleties. The way he teaches the lesson from day to day is very different. The lesson was taught that day by incorporating what they knew from the students. There I also participated in a discussion with the students.

Shortly after the end of the pharmacy lectures, two PHI gentlemen came to check my family members' blood samples. It was a very difficult moment. You may also remember waiting for a finger to draw blood to test for filariasis. I felt it as a different kind of intense pain than the pain I feel when injecting hand.

They left the house saying that they would check the blood samples taken for heavy in the glass slides and let us know again. There are times when you also gave blood sample for filariasis. When I share my experience, you must have been close to getting your blood sample for checking filariasis.
