Habits that Can Change your Life
Today I am going to Discuss about some of the Best Habits for us to Adopt.
We all have one or more Habits that have turned to an Additiction and are very hard to let go. With the help of this you might be able to get rid of that Bad Habit of Yours.
Keystone Habit
It's a single habit that Triggers a huge amount of Change all throughout your Life.
So all you need to do is Develop a Single Keystone Habit in yourself.
Easier said than Done Right.
So there are many Keystone Habits but I want us to focus on these three for now.
1. Reading
So we all have spent a majority of our Time on this Planet going to Schools and College. But as much as I like them I have to say it that these Institutions doesn't teach us wahts really needed.
Schools and Colleges teach us about History, Calculus,etc. which are never used in our Day to Day life. What we need is Social Awareness, Financial Management,etc these skills we can learn from Reading.
Reading gives you an in-depth view of the Topic in hand plus it also helps in Increasing your own Focus.
2. Meditation
Meditation mainly trains your Willpower. It in turn increases your Focus. Higher Focus on things often lead to Higher Productivity so it is quite clear why this is one of the Keystone Habits.
3. Fitness
I have made a post in the past showing you how Fitness has a huge impact on our Mental State. But again Fitness helps us to train our Willpower.
You guys must be wondering that there is a lot of Willpower going around that's because it's important.
The Will to keep going on and not quitting is a Habit like No other. I personally want this Habit for sure.
Now among these three Habits I have told you I am only focused on Reading. Frankly Meditation is not for me and Fitness is kind off a On and Off Situation for me.
