No More Finance Related Sponsered Posts on Tiktok

First of all, let's start by talking about what is a Branded Content and it is exactly how it sounds like. Branded Content is a piece of Content that has been either entirely or partially been sponsored by someone or some company. Previously there was no specific policy related to which branded content is allowed on Tiktok and which were not allowed but it seems recently Tiktok changes their Branded Content Policy and according to which any and all Sponsered Content related to Finance as well as Cryptocurrencies will be Deleted and Possibly Banned.
Yes, I do agree at one point which is that there were a whole lot of quote-on-quote Financial Advisors on Tiktok that did Tiktoks on Finance and Crypto without even knowing anything about Finance. So it was time for a step we took but what I was not expecting was a step this drastic. I feel like they went the drastic route so that they can just Delete anything related to Financial Advise regardless of the fact that someone may be indeed providing Actual Financial Knowledge.
This change in policy may be affected by the recent Influencer Pump and Dump Schemes that are currently popular on the Internet. I recently wrote a post about some FAZE CLAN members promoting a Pump and Dump Coin and we all know a lot more Influencers that are doing that. So Tiktok might just be getting rid of all the things that may hold them liable at some point.

I think social networks currently have a lot of power, and in the wrong hands it lends itself to abuses in which many get hurt. And yes, it seems drastic to me too, but it's a way of wanting to wash their hands of it. The detail is that there will always be a way in which some can take advantage of everything.
Pump and dump coin is weakness of crypto industry but i think tiktok should not ban all types of crypto contents they should allow educational crypto contents. Great explanation.
greetings @arunava we have entered an era of much permissiveness, I do not applaud the policies chosen by tiktok, but in a way this will not allow further dissemination of information if value from poorly trained people about the world of blockchain and digital assets in general.
