The Neighborhood Dynamics in my Life

I feel like Neighbours are a key item in our societal lifestyle and it depicts how we are in Society and how well we can gel up with people that are living with us nearby. But in my case it is really hard for me to showcase the neighbourhood dynamics as my Dad has worked all his life in Tea Gardens and a feature of working for Tea Gardens is that they come with a lot of perks and one of those perks is that we are provided with a proper place to stay in the Tea Garden itself.

So we never really had any neighbours to begin with.

Yes we also had my Dads colleagues living close by but we can’t consider them as proper neighbours as they work for my Dad so I never really had an atmosphere where I had any interaction with Neighbours.

It has only been now about two years that I am staying in a new place where there are neighbours but strangely enough even though I am quite open about talking to others I really shy out when I have to speak to my neighbours I matter how small the talk is. I feel like since I have never really had any interactions with proper neighbours, I have never really known how to talk to them properly without being overly enthusiastic about it and that is some that have been really awkward for most of the part.

Even now that I am married it still is hard for me to strike a conversation with my neighbours and even if by chance there is a conversation starter in place I still manage to choke it out.

It really is weird as to how I am not able to communicate properly with our neighbours while I can freely have a conversation with strangers as well. I feel like part of the reason lies in the fact that our neighbours are like a Mirror of ourselves and they reflect our nature wether it is good or bad to the rest of the society and that makes me feel scared to even speak to them properly.

This really is a unique scenario in my opinion as I have hardly seen anyone struggling so much with their neighbours while they are not struggling in actual life.
