HEALTHY FATS: A BETTER CHOICE FOR LIFE

Fats Using By Me in My Daily Life

  • DesiGhee: I belong to a village and we mostly use Desi ghee in all our containments of food in our villages. For example for cooking, salad dressings, on toasts. Desi ghee is full of energy and using this gives dishes a different kind of taste and aroma.
  • Olive Oil Use: In cities, we mostly use olive oil in our homes, due to the abundance of mono-saturated fatty acids. This oil is very beneficial for health, as it prevents heart diseases in humans.
  • Nuts and Seeds: I often in my free time during working hours using Almonds, Walnuts and pistachio. They are delicious to taste, also they contain healthy fats, which are healthy for our bodies.

Difference between Healthy and Unhealthy FATS: A Quick Guide

The healthy fats are fats that are mostly unsaturated and mono-saturated in nature they increase the good cholesterol level in the body and decrease the bad cholesterol level in the body reducing the risk of heart diseases.

The unhealthy fats are the ones that are not absorbed in our bodies and are retained in our bodies and Raise the bad cholesterol levels and increasing heart disease and heart strokes cases.

Final Note:

Fats are the most essential ingredient in our bodies, as they provide us energies to make our daily life function. It is our duty to make smart choices when choosing fats for use. By using healthy fats instead of unhealthy ones, we can make a very positive impact in our lives and that will definitely reduce the disease rates overall. Thank you @khursheedanwar for organizing such a wonderful contest and bringing our attention to such an important matter.

Kind Regards,
Asad
