The Diary Game : Doing Some Sports With My Elder Sister & Her Pretty Friends In Reservoir (April 8th, 2023)

This early morning my elder sister asked me to did jogging again in reservoir Lhokseumawe City. And today some of her friends want join us to did some sports together.
After taken a bath, we wore our sportswear. Today I wore one of my favourite outfit, adorable yellow t-shirt from Steemit. Unpredictable my sister’s friend was wearing the same colours sportwear also with me, yellow.

Well, we had a long conversation then did jogging together in the blessed morning in reservoir Lhokseumawe City. Mostly their topic is about sports, fashion style & online shop. Yeah women habits, I consider.
Alhamdulillah at that time the weather extremely great. It was a sunny day. There are some men was fishing also on the bridge on the side of the reservoir Lhokseumawe City.
After did a little stretching & warming up, I start to make a little run then jogging. The sun starts to say hello to us at that time. Lucky us, we were wearing hat & glasses to protect our face from ultraviolet light.
No doubt, mostly the women in this universe try to protect their pretty skin from the sun. Even if we did jogging in the morning. Ahaha...
No matter what eventhough Fasting, we do love to did some sports in this Holy Month, Ramadhan Kareem.

After taken a bath in the afternoon, I took wudhu’ or ablution and Pray Ashar. Alhamdulillah finally I can Fast start from this dawn.
Approximately an hour later after recited some Surah in Juz 29 in my Holy Qur'an, my elder sister asked me to accompany her to looking for some meals to break our Fast today. We bought some food dishes in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh.
No wonder, traffic jam in that evening inasmuch as a lot of people was looking for some foods for Iftar also. So that’s why I frequently remind my sibling to be carefuly to rode her motorcycle in that hours.
Ba’da accompanied my sibling to break her fast in the dining room, I Pray Maghrib and recited some surah in Juz 29 till 30 in my Holy Qur'an, I Pray Isya and Tarawih in Masjid near my house. After watching some Korean spoiler movies & drama on Youtube on my cellular phone, I had a little chit-chat with my elder sister about our planning for tomorrow. We had a video call also from our adorable nephew, a baby boy by Whatsapp.
I switch on my laptop then started typing to make some posts in some of communities in Steemit.
I switch on our air conditioner in our bedroom, wore my socks, recited TriQul, made a little du’a and hit the hay.

Lantas Bulan Puasa bukan berarti sebuah alasan untuk tidak melakukan gerakan yang berbau kesehatan, teman 🤦🏻♀️🙈😂🤣.
