Sleep is the nature of human nature, sleep is to rest by covering two eyes and lying down in an unspecified time, sleep is needed by the human body this is caused by the human body that needs to rest and relax for the body.

For a good sleep and recommended by doctors to get a healthy body then in a day and night is 8 hours and drinking water a day 2 liters.
