How To Make Crunchy Little Shrimp (Peyek Udang)

Hi guys, how are you guys today, hope you are always healthy and happy. Today I am lazy to cook. So I cooked something simple for today's lunch menu. Because there are small shrimp in the refrigerator, I immediately process them into (Peyek) crunchy little shrimp, its my son's favorite.

Come on, guys, let's just take a look at the ingredients;

  • 300 gr small shrimp

  • 50 gr flour
  • Blend 3 onions, 2 garlic, pepper, 1 pecan, 3 red chilies, 5 cayenne pepper, a little turmeric.

  • cooking oil

  • leaves of soup.

  • Royco (if you like).

    • How to make it mix all the ingredients into the shrimp then stir until evenly

  • mix all
  • Then fry by flattening the shrimp peyek in hot oil.
