Dear followers, the present post to present one of the projects that I would like to develop with the Chamos en el Agua Foundation, which consists of:
SUPPLY OF HEALTHY SNACK TO REINFORCE PHYSICAL EFFORT OF SWIMMING CLASSES FOR CHILDREN IN SITUATION OF VULNERABILITY IN THE COMMUNITIES OF VICENTE MARCANO, ACHIPANO III AND LAS PIEDRAS DEL VALLE.
- Background and description of the project
The chamos en el agua foundation was born from an initiative that originated in the facilities of the Olympic Pool located in the sector of Guatamare Margarita Island State Nueva Esparta Venezuela, where the main headquarters of the unruly club are located, the location of said sports space is within the vicinity of several popular communities such as Vicente Marcano, Achipano III and Piedras del Valle. They were approaching children and adolescents in vulnerable condition, who saw how the children took swimming lessons, For several years the trainer Mireya Rodriguez founder of the Aquatic Sports Club, Underwater and Triathlon The Indomitable accepted along with the other trainers for free Athletes with this condition, in January 2017 the swimming instructor of the Alana Astudillo Club opened the doors so that these children could perceive the classes in a more organized way and making the Club's Social Responsibility Program as a contribution of retribution and defending the institutions before the inclusion and integration of the children and adolescents of these communities This initiative at the time was registered in the Aprendo and Emprendo program together with the American Embassy in Venezuela called Young Entrepeneur in which it obtained the second place in Social Entrepreneurship in December of 2017.

- Project Objectives

- Snack Programs
It consists of a daily snack after each swimming class, classes are from Tuesday to Friday in the pool of Guatamare every afternoon the same will be delivered at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm depending on the school schedule as some of children and teenagers have school hours in the morning and school hours in the afternoon therefore some attend after 4:00 pm and a snack on Saturday at Pampatar beach 11:00 am this class is held in Open Water Swimming training function. At this moment the snack of the saturdays we are giving thanks to the contributions of the representatives of the athletes who belong to the Los Indomitos Water Sports Club.

Due to our island condition, the food has an extra surcharge, especially at this moment when most of the boats that move food to the island are damaged, making our situation a bit more difficult.

Sorry but I made myself understand this time we are looking for food due to the situation in my country and as for the label I did not know I could not use it and I edit it again sorry it was not my intention
Noted. I've kept an eye on your project and upvoted it from time to time, but it's not really at the level of desperate need that we support with our donors funding. I am well aware of the situation in Venezuela, and we have helped hundreds of people in your country, but we are dealing with getting food to people laying on sidewalks outside hospitals, sick and waiting for care, and orphans who don't even have properly functional toilets in their orphanages and things like that.
These kids are in much better shape than the people we are helping through incredibly tragic circumstances. I am sure you understand. If we had enough funding we would help everyone with everything, but that is not reality. We must choose to apply our limited donor's support to only the most critical and crisis level situations.
Anyway, we must vet and approve any fundraising campaigns being held in our name for the safety and protection of our donors funds. For that reason alone, I would have to make note even on a desperate need post, because we are responsible and accountable to the people who have come to trust our Foundation to vet and approve any fundraising campaigns in our name.
