Shrimp kroket
Material:
100 gr fresh shrimp, peeled, finely ground
200 gr of potatoes, steamed, puree.
50 gr carrots, grated
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
2 chicken eggs, shake off
½ tsp powder powder
Salt to taste
¼ grain pepper powder
¼ tsp powdered nutmeg
The oil for frying
Blend:
3 onion grains
3 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of red chili
Coatings:
1 chicken egg, shake off
100 gr refined flour
1 tbsp brown sugar, shaved
Salt to taste
How to make:
Mix the shrimp, potatoes, carrots, celery, eggs, pepper powder, salt and spices, stir until blended.
Take 2 tablespoons of dough, oval shape. Do it until the dough runs out. Dip the croquettes into the eggs, remove them. Roll into panir flour until wrapped flat. Set aside.
Heat oil, fry croquettes until browned and cooked.
