my actions to make our environment cleaner, greener and healthier 🌲🌲🌲🌴🌴🌴

INTRODUCTION

The need to live in a clean environment can not be overemphasized. From time to time, the environment or surroundings where we live in, has to be kept clean.

Normally every weekend, I move around every area of my surrounding to check out the corners needing the attention to be kept clean. The clean up exercise could be in my house surroundings or in my within my farms.

Today, I am having a clean up exercise in this portion of my surrounding where the weeds are rapidly growing. I quickly swung into action with my working tools for the exercise.

MY CATEGORY: Cutting The Grasses To Achieve A Clean Environment.

WHAT I DID:

The weeds are gradually growing and about to cover up the environment. On noticing this, I took up the matchet, shovel and the rake to clear the grasses. I started working from the backyard and came up to the front house.

HOW I DID IT

For me, when it comes to cleaning the environment grown by weeds, I use the shovel to do it. This is because using the shovel makes me work at ease and fast. With it, I can work more and cover more spaces. Unlike using the hoe which is more slower to me, I can finish the work without loosing much strength. So I used the shovel, the matchet and the rake to carry out this exercise.

WHERE I DID IT

I start this task of making our environment cleaner and healthier from my immediate environment. I'm of the opinion that cleanliness should start from the home. That is where we spend most of our time and it is a disservice to nature to live in a dirty surrounding. So I consider my immediate environment first, before engaging outside.

WHAT MOTIVATED ME

My motivation for keeping the environment clean comes from the fact that, living in clean environment ensures a healthy living. There is also the joy that comes into you when you see that your environment is kept clean. You would be free from infectious diseases and keep deadly animals away from your environment. To keep the cost of my healthcare low, I frown at seeing my environment dirty.

Conclusion

A healthy environment is worth living in. It shields us from contacting various kind of diseases that could harm our health. Just as food is important to our body, we also need to be keeping our environment clean.

I could not finish up the portion worked on today so by next weekend, I will finish it up and share it with our community.
