Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @suboohi all time my favourite topic ""1 Picture 1 Story Week #65"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Nowadays the winter season has started, cold has started showing its effect slowly. Just like all things of nature are necessary for humans and animals, similarly sunlight is also very necessary. Sunlight acts as a ray of hope. Everything looks bright. Sunlight is useful for our life in many ways, as the cold increases, the sunlight decreases and its heat also decreases. The heat of the sun which is terrible in the summer season, on the contrary it decreases a lot in winter.
Sitting in the sun is very much liked in the winter season. One gets sunburnt and bathes in the rays of the sun. When we were small, we used to sit in the sun and eat food there. Peanuts, guava, gajak, all these things of the sun are winter season things, which our whole family used to eat together at one place. Everyone used to sit in the sun. That was a very beautiful time, but nowadays no one has time, everyone is very busy, nowadays people use heaters instead of sitting in the sun, but the fun that comes from sitting in the sun is not the same with heaters.
Sunlight is useful for both our mental health and physical health. How are the rays of the sun useful for our body, let us understand with some things.
Physical health
The sun rays strengthen the bones of our body because it falls directly on our body and strengthens the bones.
- Production of vitamin D
Our body receives vitamin D through the rays of the sun, which is very important for our physical health. Vitamin D is very useful for our body.
- Blood pressure control
The UV rays of the sun also keep the blood pressure of our body under control.
Nowadays, when a child is born, it is often seen that he/she suffers from jaundice. Doctors do give medicines for jaundice. But they emphasize more on the fact that children should be kept in the early morning rays first, only then will their jaundice reduce.
Mental health
Sunlight proves to be very helpful in reducing our mental stress. Its bright light keeps us hopeful and optimistic.
Improvement in sleep quality
Sunlight also improves the quality of sleep and a person becomes stress free. Because sleep is also very important for improving the mental and physical health of our body
Our skin also improves.
Sunlight is very beneficial for eye health.

During winter getting a sun ray is rare and sitting under it in this chilled weather is a natural therapy.
