ADIVAY FESTIVAL
The Adivay Festival, an Ibaloi word meaning “coming together and having fun,” is an annual Agri-tourism event focused on rediscovering the ingenuity of the Benguet people, their rich history, culture, arts, trades and industries. Adivay Festival is held every month of November; with month-long activities located in La Trinidad, Benguet. Adivay" is a provincial festival of Benguet as "coming-together" for its different municipalities.
This photo is taken way back in Adivay 2014 at Wangal Stockfarm where the festival was normally held every year. This photo was stocked in my phone for a very long time, so I just want to share here on Steemit. Since this year's Adivay Festival has not yet arrived, I'm looking forward to visit and experience the festival this year. I know they have so many exciting features to offer, from the catching of pigs to horseback riding, including the colorful parade, trade fair or the unique municipality booths and much more.
