What is the right time to drink water
Although 75% of the body is constituted by water, each organism requires this substance to eliminate the toxins in its interior and, thus, maximize its effectiveness in the daily functioning.
The water is part of our body fluids (urine, sweat, feces, digestive juices, saliva, tears, etc) but also is necessary for our body cells to function normally.
In general, it is recommended to drink between a liter and a half and two liters a day, that is between 6-8 glasses. With these tips below you will see how it is not so difficult.
- After waking up :- Drink 1 glass of water to cleanse your organs.
- Before a meal :- Drink 1 glass to dilute your digestive juices.
- Before a shower :- Drink 1 glass to lower your blood pressure.
- Before going to bed :- Drink 1 glass to keep yourself hydrated
